01 / about

From on-site support to AI in the Service Desk.

I started repairing computers in 2005. For 15 years I coordinated IT for four 3PL warehouses at Grupo SID Logistics, now part of TRAXION, serving clients such as Mars, Colgate, Bridgestone and Michelin. Then I supported the network of a global retailer with carriers in 28+ countries.

Today, at Tata Consultancy Services, I lead the Service Desk knowledge base for the North American plants of the world’s top-selling automaker, and I lead generative AI adoption with human oversight.

“Flag Actions”: end-to-end article feedback

Challenge
Thousands of articles and no structured way to report problems in them.
Action
An in-article report button with predefined scenarios, routing to the owner and a tracking dashboard.
Result
A closed loop: every report has an owner, visible tracking and a notification back to whoever sent it.

A neural network with input, hidden and output layers.
  • Now Assist
  • Generative AI

AI in the Service Desk with human oversight

Challenge
Adopting AI-generated answers without losing accuracy or safety.
Action
A human-in-the-loop model, AI Search optimization and zero-result search analysis.
Result
AI answers only from current, owned knowledge; people review wherever the risk calls for it.

OAP: from static forms to an approval workflow

Challenge
The Service Desk got new applications before their support manuals.
Action
Intake forms turned into a workflow reviewed by project, development, support, security and disaster recovery.
Result
No application goes live without evidence from all five teams and its knowledge already published.

03 / how I work

How I work

  • 01

    Every article has an owner.

An article without someone accountable goes stale. There’s no exception to that rule.

  • 02

An empty search is the best backlog.

What people look for and don’t find tells you what to document next.

  • 03

    AI proposes; a person decides.

Automation speeds up the work. Human judgment protects the user.
